    WHAT I LEARNED

    Tylor is an underwriting machine. He knows lender guidelines better than anyone I’ve met. The one adjustment I made is I now have a reminder to request a copy of the instructions sent to me prior to the client meeting with the lawyer. I even created an email template I send to notify the client I have reviewed their instructions.
