  1. Underwrite & submit client files for pre-approvals & approvals.
  2. Review supporting documentation & submit to the lenders.
  3. Follow-up with clients when needed.
  4. Take calls from clients to discuss questions on the approval.
  5. Looking for min 5 years of experience and carries a broker license in their jurisdiction.
  6. Team player, would work with our client care specialist and other admin to get the file complete.
  7. Has some technical skills given work is remote.
  8. Understands communication skills & has some background with customer service.
  9. Delegate tasks and assists other brokers in the team that require assistance.
  10. Likes to have fun, while remaining professional!
