Carrie started at CIBC and realized she liked helping people. She jumped into brokering with young kids and a shoestring budget. She scrimped and had some marketing hustle in the first year. She focused on her clients and built a base.

Carrie has co-hosted a Regina radio show since 2008. The radio show is a large marketing effort that results in clients being pre-sold because they feel like they know her from years on the radio.

The radio show + renewals are 60% of Carrie’s business.
