Scott had 3 of his former 25 Million Dollar Blueprint students to come on the show to talk about the program and how it has helped them build their business. Chuck Nash, Dan Turner, and Meredith Kaminsky were all in the 2017 Fall session.

      • I’m with Verico Onelink and have been with them for 10 years.
    • [3:28] What were you thinking when you first learned about the program?
      • At that point, I was on point to make what I had done the year before and already had a goal to hit 25 million.

      • I changed my process to be a customer journey.
      • Game of Phones.
      • Made use of sly broadcast.
      • Morning Huddle.
      • Using Trello.
      • A theme of the day.
    • [5:45] I brought in $11 Million extra in deals.
    • [7:25] Chuck, tell us about yourself.
      • We opened our brokerage in 2015 called the Mortgage Guys.
      • We came from the hospitality industry and started with private loans.
    • [8:40] What were you thinking when you first learned about the program?
    • 25 Million Dollar Blueprint was self-explanatory. If this was going to help my business grow, it would be worth it.
    • [8:57] What have you implemented from the program?
      • We put together a slideshow and started calling Realtors.
      •  In the month of November, we added 17 new referral sources. 19 to date. Our goal by the end of February is 50 new referrals.
      • The Customer Journey.
      • The Game of Phones gave me the confidence to make cold calls.
    • [13:30] Hey Dan, tell us about yourself.
      • I’ve been in the business for the past 5 and a half years.
    • [14:15] What were you thinking when you first learned about the program?
      • I had been an active member of the I Love Mortgage Brokering Facebook group and listened to the podcast, so I felt I knew Scott.
      • I had to fly to Toronto, so the trip to the event was a bit of an expense for me. But, in one of the pre-event sessions, I learned something that won back a deal I thought was lost. I got on the plane knowing the trip was already paid for.
    • [15:25] What have you implemented from the program?
      • I changed how my team was structured.
      • The Customer Journey has changed things drastically for us.
      • Depending on who started the file, the customer experience would be different. Now no matter who starts the file, it’s the same experience.
