Good Stuff

    • [5:10] Volunteering at a brokerage was really important to me. When I did get my license I was much more prepared.
    • [5:40] If you don’t have a mentor to help you at the start, volunteering can be a tremendous help.
    • [7:19] If you get an opportunity to work with a busy broker, go for it. You will get a bunch of experience quickly.
    • [7:40] If you can work with Joel Olson you have to be good.
    • [7:48] What is one thing you learned working with Joel?
      • Before I started working with him I was doing 3 deals a month. With Joel, it jumped to 30.

      • [10:00] What were you thinking when I first told you about the show idea?
        • I love a challenge and the goal of getting to 100 million is definitely a challenge.
      • [11:55] What scares you about what we are doing?
        • I don’t want people to see me fail.
      • [13:25] What do you think is going to be your major challenge to achieving the goal?
        • The only way we are going to achieve this will be me giving up the need to do everything.
      • [15:00] Now that I have a team it’s a whole lot more fun. Before I would go into my office and not come out for 12 hours. Now I have more time to focus on my strengths rather than spending hours underwriting a file.
